Snow is Cool

"Ingham County is under a snow advisory, and is predicted to get 3 to 5 inches of snow by 9pm tonight."

I was the only one at work to smile when that announcement came over the radio. I like winter, and I like snow. Maybe it's just my personality, but when I hear "snow" I think of sledding, and skiing, and snowball fights. Snow = fun. I don't know why everyone else seems to jump to snow shoveling and traffic jams.

Winter is a lot of fun. And the landscape after a fresh snow is beautiful. (But don't take my word for it, Bill Watterson can sum it up much better than I can.)

Columbus is about 6 degrees warmer than Ann Arbor (Stacey and I watched the temp rise the further south we drove on the way home) so no snow for us.

It rained, but it's still in the 50's here...I wish it snowed.

Now if you quote this Calvin and Hobbes, I'll know it!

Interesting Trivia: This was the final Calvin and Hobbes cartoon ever published.
