I know that the descriptions of why such-and-such a movie got such-and-such a rating were put in place for parents to screen out objectional material. But I use them as screen FOR objectionable material. The descriptions have gotten so detailed that I hardly even need to see previews. I can almost tell if I will like a movie based on the ratings descriptionm alone.
My new favorite is: "Intense sequences of sci-fi action violence."
