- No radio coverage of the Red Wings in Lansing. I don't get Versus, so with the fucked up TV contracts for the NHL, I can't watch a lot of the games. That's bad enough, but I can't even find the game on the radio. There are no stations broadcasting Red Wings games in Lansing. Not even on AM. My only option is Internet radio feeds. It's a decent solution, but it's a solution to a problem that shouldn't exist. Bring Red Wings radio back to Lansing!
- Prom season. That was a fucking bitch. Thank the Lord it's over.
- The re-sealable plastic tortilla bag that wouldn't open. Normally I like the tortilla bags, but this one was not cooperating. Instead of tearing all the way across the top, it tore about 1/4 of the way across and then straight down vertically, ruining any chance of re-sealing it. Fuck that bag. (but at least I WON)
- The entire first family in 24. And Janene Garafolo's character, I don't even remember her name. (Janet? Janice?) Pretty much everyone except for Jack, Chloe, and Aaron. I want more likable character's for next season...
- Patrick Roy. I think I want him to get the Colorado job, just so I can jeer at him when the Wings beat up on the Av's.
- Anyone upset about the AMoL split. Leave Brandon Sanderson alone. Splitting it into 3 is the best way, really the only way, to get a quality story in a manageable format. We're getting a novel in 2009. Be happy.
- Banner ads that make noise. I'm boycotting Flyordie for awhile because of the noise. (and the ESPN.com main page is pushing it...) I can deal with the flashing...I'm not happy with it....but I can deal with it. Noise is the deal breaker.
- Blake Griffin. But at least he's going to the basketball Hell known as the Clippers. That seems like a fitting punishment for his douchery. (yes, douchery IS a word now)

I don't know if you really wanted to see last night's game...it was a tad frustrating because they weren't playing that well. That said, they still won, and it was an overtime winner, so that was worth watching.
I'm surprised it wasn't anywhere on the radio...not even AM 760?
I feel the same about Roy. Have him hired so I can boo them more. He's the appropriate villain. Actually, Claude Lemiuex as head coach would be even better...
24. Sigh. I have to say that I was disappointed with all the "cliffhanger" endings. I don't like that. Part of the beauty of the show in the beginning was that everything was resolved at the end of the day, and the next season was the start of a new day. So don't leave me wondering what Renee is doing to Tony, if Jack will live, what's happening to Olivia...I WAITED ALL SEASON TO FIND THAT SHIT OUT! Just a little disappointing.
And Tony is fucking insane, and I love it.
The only ones I likeare Jack, Tony, Chloe, and now Renee and the Shawshank Warden(and Chase if he ever came back). I agree with you though- the characters need to be more likable. I don't even like Aaron too much anymore...and that depresses me.
Still can't wait for next year. I'll be watching.
AM 760 had the tigers game yesterday. No Red Wings radio in Lansing.
Claude Lemiuex would be a slightly better villain-coach. Then Forsberg, then Sakic, then Roy. But I'm booing them all either way.
I liked Renee at the beginning, but not as much during the middle. I did like her at the end though. Tony makes a good villain, but I can't say that I like him for it.
And I agree with you about the cliffhangers. We need some resolution!
I am so thankful for versus SOLELY so I can watch hockey. It is embarrasing for the league that fans 45 mins from the arena can't watch the game on TV. I'm going to save my "Fix the NHL ideas" for a post.
I got some basic zip-lock bags (yes, they were even that brand) and it is a gamble if they will even close. Their whole purpose is to "zip lock" - how could they be defective?
This season of 24 was pretty hit or miss. By the way, Tony just became bad again.
What's the news about Roy??
