Take a cracker and smear it with onion and chive cream cheese. Add a black olive, a kalamata olive and a green olive. Add a small slice of pepper jack cheese, and top the whole thing off with a tomato slice.
I have eaten way too many of these in the past few days. The only reason I'm not eating them right now is that I ran out of olives. ( I've heard of people making "beer runs", or "chip runs", but I've never heard of anyone making an "olive run." I might be the first...)

Close second: Chex mix. The homemade kind with the good seasonings and garlic chips.
It sounds pretty good...minus the icky tomato. Do you heat them up in the microwave or anything?
No, I just eat them as is.
